No Returns, No Exchanges — But Hear Us Out

At Titi's Whimsy, every order is made just for you — literally. Because our products are print-on-demand, each tee and cup is created the moment you place your order. That means we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong size selected, or "my cat judged me for buying it."

All sales are final.

However, we've got you if something goes wrong on our end:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Lost in transit? We'll investigate and resolve it.
