Shipping Policy for Titi's Whimsy
Processing & Production Time All of our items are custom-printed just for you upon ordering!

Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Production times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping times depend on your location and the specific item ordered. Once your order has finished production, estimated shipping times are:

Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

International Shipping: 10 to 30 business days (where applicable)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.
Order Tracking As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address Corrections Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted. TT’s Whimsy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items While our standard policy is No Returns or Exchanges, we want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing error:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly work with our printing partner to arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with household members or neighbors first. If it is still missing, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
